Another great day at Belmont

Another great day at Belmont

Today was a very special day for the Claremont launch ramp because the Long Beach Park and Recreation brought over 1200 children from the various parks around the city so the kids had a chance to enjoy the beach.

It was really a lot of fun seeing the kids playing, dancing and doing various games. Our tax dollars were at work today and they were well spent.

At about 4 o'clock when the wind started to come up I grabbed this shot of Dan, Mike, Kristin and Steve clowning around on the beach as Steve was headed out.

Susi was walking up the ramp and said she wanted to be in the shot, so Jorge was nice enough to grab my camera and take this group shot. Then we all went out and had a great time.

One shot does not tell it all. The wind was very nice for over two hours as we all got our jolly's off kiting.

Unfortunately I didn't get any of Susi's jumps, but she definitely was the "Last Man Standing" or should I say "Last Woman Standing."

The position of the Kitesurfari tent today was in perfect alignment with the sun going down. It was a picturesque end to the day.
