Saturday, Sunday, Monday.

Saturday was Jason's turn to rig his new kite.

Jason and Dan pushed the cart down to the camp. But there was not too much wind.

There were lots of kites but no one was out yet. Everyone was waiting for the wind.

Jason waisted no time. He got right to pumping up his new Waroo.

This is not a good sign. David is taking his cat "Sciatica" out of the water at about 2 o'clock.

The boys are all rigged and no place to go. I think it's time for a beer.

It's now Sunday evening. We did not get on the water either Saturday or Sunday. We got skunked. But Ruth and Dan made up for it today. They went to Lowe's and purchased a new BBQ. It looks very cool. Ruth calls it "R2-D2"

Dan breaks it in cooking chicken. I just watched.

I can't believe what a great cook Dan has turned out to be. He definitely didn't get it from my side of the Gene pool. Ruth has passed on something I can appreciate, good cooking.

On Monday it turned out to be a great kiting day. Omar said he saw pier J going off at around 1 with a reading of over 15. When I got on the water it was definitely blowing over 15 with hot spots closer to 20. The wind lasted until after 6:30 when it shut off.
